How to Access the Queens College Time and Leave System (HR Assist and PR Assist)

As of 6/18/2026 Access to PR Assist and HR Assist now requires the Global Protect VPN for both off campus and on campus access.

To access VPN, you must first enable CUNY Login MFA
Download GlobalProtect for your device type using the instructions below

Once connected to VPN, an icon will appear on bottom right-hand corner of your screen for a PC Icon

or in the upper right side of the screen for a Mac
