Payment for QCard replacement is limited to credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard ONLY).
Follow the steps below to add the $10 QCard Replacement Fee to your Q-BUCKS. The QCard Replacement Fee will be deducted from your account once your QCard replacement request has been accepted.
To start, go to: https://qcard-sp.transactcampus.com/eAccounts/
Log in to eAccounts, Select Sign in Realm and use the drop-down menu to select QC Students or QC Faculty/Staff.
Enter your QC username and Password and click Sign in.
NOTE: if you received an error when signing into your account, please send an email to support@qc.cuny.edu with the Error message and, if possible, a screenshot of the error.
After signing into your account, please click on Accounts
In the Q-BUCKS section, click on +Add Money
On the Make Account Deposit screen select Q-BUCKS from the drop-down menu
Select Specific Amount
In the Deposit Amount add the amount to deposit (For Q-Card replacement the fee amount is $10)
Select Credit Card (Cash and checks are not allowed) click Next
Enter all the information asked and then click Submit.
You can go back and check your balance.
Click on Sign off, you are done.
