How to download Microsoft 365 as a student

2. Enter your QC Qmail email address and click Next

Note: Your QC Qmail email address is always your CUNYfirst username followed by @qmail.cuny.edu

For Example: Jane.Doe00@qmail.cuny.edu. Do not use @login.cuny.edu

3. Enter your CUNYfirst password then click "Sign In".

Note: The password will always be the same as your CUNYfirst password. If you change you CUNYfirst password, it will automatically sync to Microsoft 365.

4. Authenticate your account using your selected method of verification.

5. Click on Apps -> All Apps at the lower left column

6. Select "Install apps" at the upper right and click on Microsoft 365 apps

7. You will be redirected to your account settings, click "Install Office":

8. The .exe OfficeSetup file will download , once the download is complete select the file to start the installation process. You will be prompted "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device ? ", select Yes to continue.

9. Microsoft 365 will begin to download:
