Activating AMS Account/Reset Your Password
1)Go to QC Account Management System (https://apps.qc.cuny.edu/ams)
2)Select your role (Student, Staff, Faculty).
3)Enter your 8 Digit CUNY EMPL ID number .
4)Choose any email listed in the drop down menu to receive your verification code.
5)Select Create new account or reset password.
A verification code and password field will display. To start over/reset this process, select "Reset form".
6)Check your email inbox you selected in Step 4 for a verification code email from noreply@qc.cuny.edu.
7)Enter your verification code
8)Enter a new password and confirm password
9)Select Set Password
Once AMS accepts your password, you will receive a follow up email from the system providing you with your AMS username.
Congrats, your AMS Account is set up.
Note: This AMS account is used to access the following systems ONLY:
- Campus WiFi - qwifi-secured
- QCard eAccount
- Computers on campus
- HR\PR Assist
