Error 0x00000bc4
If your department printer disappeared and when you try to re-add the printer you encounter a “operation could not be completed” error, please try the following steps

1) Go to the windows search and type in \\qcps2 OR check your desktop shortcuts and their might be a QCPS2 shortcut available.
2) From the list of printers double click on a printer from a different department that is of the same brand, such as a Canon, Konica or HP .
For example if you are having problems connecting to your departments Canon printer, double click on ITS-Helpdesk-Canon printer from the list instead

Once it installs , try printing something.
3) Check the list of available printers for your department printer you were trying to connect to.
Your department printer should once again be available to you.
4) To clean things up a bit you can now REMOVE the other departments printer you just added.
5)Go to Windows Start menu – Settings – Bluetooth & Devices – Printers & Scanners – and then select the unwanted printer (in our example the ITS-Helpdesk-Canon printer)
There will be a “Remove” button in the upper right corner of the window once you select the unwanted printer.
