Managing the Notification Review Widget as a Student
Using the new Notifications Review widget, you can see what you need to do to keep up to date with all your course updates.
1. When you log into Brightspace https://brightspace.cuny.edu you will notice the widget
2. Click on Update your Notification settings
3. Make sure the following four options are checked off for Email:
Announcements - announcement updated
Announcements - new announcement available
Content – content item created
Content – content item updated
Grades – grade item released
Grades – grade item updated
4. Add any additional notifications then click Save
5. Your Notifications should now be all green and you are ready to go
