Logging into Brightspace

1. Please navigate to https://brightspace.cuny.edu

2. You will be directed to the CUNYfirst login page

3. Click on Enter OTP code device:

4. Enter the OTP code from your Microsoft Authenticator app and click verify:

Once verified, the CUNYfirst website will load.

Note: If you receive a CUNY Login Multi-Factor Authentication Error page during the login process, your CUNY Login MFA is not setup, please follow this article to set it up: Setting Up CUNY Login MFA
