How to uninstall previous version of Office on your PC (Windows)
You will not have to follow this guide if you are using Microsoft 365/Office 365 or Office 2019.
1. Click on the Windows icon in the bottom left of your screen:
2. Click the to access Settings
3. Select the old version of Office to uninstall (i.e. Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016), the click Uninstall
4. You will be prompted to uninstall, click Uninstall
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and the uninstaller will begin to remove Office and will display a progress bar similar to one below:
6. Once finished, a message will notify you that “Office has been successfully uninstalled”, click Close to complete the uninstallation process:
