Collaborate on Excel workbooks at the same time with co-authoring
You and your colleagues can open and work on the same Excel workbook. This is called co-authoring.
1. In the upper right, select Share, then select Share from the list.

2. Start typing the name of someone you want to share with.

3. Type a message. Select the Share.

4. Your colleagues profile now appears in the upper right.
