Use slicers to filter data
Slicers provide buttons that you can click to filter tables. In addition to quick filtering, slicers also indicate the current filtering state, which makes it easy to understand what exactly is currently displayed.
Create a slicer to filter data in a table
1. Select anywhere in the table. Select Insert, then select slicer.

2. Select the fields you want to display and select OK.

3. Move the slicers where you want. And use the slicer tab to format them.
