Start Chats and Make Calls

You can make one-on-one or group calls with anyone in your organization directly from a chat without having to host a team meeting. These calls are private and won't appear in any team conversation. And with calls, you can make calls or check your history or voicemail.

Go to your chat list and select New chat to start a new conversation.

2. Type the name or names of participants next to To at the top of your new chat.

3. Select Call Calls button to start a call.

Select Calls on the left side of Teams.
Type a name or an external number to call someone.
When you're ready, select Call.

4. Check your missed calls or voicemails
To access your missed calls or voicemails, go to Calls > History, then select Missed Calls or Voicemail.
