Use a Visio template to help you get started quickly with creating a diagram.
1. When you go to https://visio.office.com or open Visio from M365 Apps. Click Visio on the left.

2. You’ll land on the Home or Create new page
From here, you can choose:
Blank drawing – to start from scratch.
All templates – to view all available templates.
Flowchart Template or Basic Diagram Template.

3. Select All template

4. Choose Create Blank from Basic Diagram Template

Search for shapes

In the search box, type in a keyword that describes the shape you want.

You will see the results for triangle.

3. Drag the shape you want from the stencil onto the drawing page.

Delete a shape in your diagram
1. Right-Click the shape.
2. Press Delete.
