Create a new community
Anyone can create a community in Microsoft Viva Engage. After you create the community, you can add members and customize the community appearance.
1. Open Viva Engage in Microsoft Teams.

2. Click “Create a Community” or “Create a Group”:
Usually found in the left-hand sidebar or under the “Communities” tab.

3. Fill in Group Details: Name, Description and Members.

4. Customize Settings: Select public or private.

5. Select Create.
