Delay a flow
Add the Delay action, set the number and unit of time, and Power Automate will pause the flow before continuing to the next step.
1. Go to make.powerautomate.com, click My flows on the left panel.

2. Select the flow you want to edit.

3. Click Edit.

4. Find the spot between two actions where you want the pause to happen.
Hover below the first action → click the plus (+) → choose Add an action.

5. In the search bar, type Delay. Select the Delay action (from the Built-in → Schedule connector).

6. Enter how long you want the flow to pause: Count and Unit: select Seconds, Minutes, Hours, or Days.
