Co-teachers have the same access as the teacher who created the Class Notebook to open and manage class notebooks from any device.

  1. Sign in to Office.com with the log-in provided by your school.

  2. Select Class Notebook, then Add or remove teachers in the Class Notebook Wizard.

  3. Add teacher(s) by name or email address. Remove teacher(s) by selecting their name.

    One co-teacher name has been added and another has been removed from the Class Notebook. The removed name has a line through it.

  4. Confirm the list of teachers with access to your class notebook.

    Review the co-teachers who have access to your Class Notebook.

  5. Select Update.

The teacher(s) you added will receive an email with a link to their notebook.
